What is Included: Your cabin, meals/drinks (excludes Specialty Dining/Alcoholic drinks/Sodas), port & government fees/taxes, and tips (shown as separate charge on invoice) and all Beach Music Events.
What is not Included: Specialty Dining, Alcoholic Drinks, Sodas (All beverage pkgs), transfers, transportation to and from the port.
Deposit: $200 per person and is due at booking. Single occupancy cabins have a $350 deposit.
Monthly Payments: If not paid in full at booking, monthly payments will be made on the 10th of each month and will be divided into equal payments based on the balance after the deposit is made. Credit Card payments will be processed automatically on the 10th of each month directly to Carnival. If you have a change in your credit card, please call NNA at 470.930.5700 to update the card and avoid late fees. Reservation must be completed by final payment date of October 10, 2023. Late payments may incur a late fee of $50 to be added to the invoice. Check payments are due in house by the 10th of each month– mail to NNA, PO Box 813720, Smyrna GA 30081. Checks that are returned as NSF will incur a $50 NSF fee.
Additional Charges: Taxes/Port and Government Fees/Tips are $230 (Suites are $250) per person.
Final Payment: November 10, 2023.
Name Changes: After November 9, 2023, name changes will incur a cost of $50 per name changed.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations prior to September 10, 2023: $100 per person
- Cancellation September 11 to November 9, 2023: Deposit + $200 per person
- Cancellation after November 9, 2023: Full Penalty/No refund
Cruise Line Ticket Contract & Strict Limitations. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Cruise Line has full and exclusive control of the Vessel where the Event will take place, that the Cruise Line, not NN Adventures (here after noted as NNA) is responsible for providing all services to you within that Vessel and that therefore the Cruise Line, not NNA, shall be solely responsible for any and all liability, loss, expense, damages, or claims arising out of or related to any act, conduct or omission occurring while you are on board the Vessel. NNA has no such control or ability to provide you such and as such shall have no responsibility for the acts and omissions of Cruise Line.
You hereby further acknowledge and agree that, in addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you will be bound by the Cruise Line’s Ticket Contract and by the general terms and conditions of Cruise Line’s program and guest policy or other policies, terms and conditions of the Cruise Line’s Ticket Contract.
You hereby agree to hold NNA free of responsibility for any delay, claim, liability, loss, or accident occasioned by the fault or negligence of any Cruise Line or other person or company entrusted with such service.
You understand that the itinerary, venue, artists, and events are subject to change without notice.
Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk. Participant understands that participating in the Beach Music Cruise is voluntary and may involve certain risks of physical injury, damage to property, and other damages or losses that may be sustained by a Participant. Participant assumes all risk of damage, property loss, and/or personal injury which may occur by participating in the Cruise. Insurance is highly recommended.
Limitation of liability. In no event shall NNA nor any agents, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, staff members, associates or other related parties be liable to any participant, or any other person or entity for any personal injury, damages to property, or pecuniary loss, including any direct, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or similar damages, arising out of any participant’s use of the reservations and/or participation in the events, even if NNA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Participant hereby waives, releases, and discharges NNA and its past, present, and future agents, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from all claims, demands, or damages, which participant has or may have, arising out of any matter whatsoever. The participant is waiving his/her right to any recovery, compensation, or other legal, equitable, or injunctive relief from NNA for any reason. The participant is responsible for arriving at the pier at the assigned time and ensuring that enough time is given to make that time. Late arrival at the ship will result in missing the cruise. NNA will not be responsible for participants missing the cruise due to transportation issues. NNA will not be held responsible if participant does not return the ship at the allotted time issued by the Cruise Ship while in port. Failure to return to the ship at the allotted time will result in the participant securing his or her own transportation back to the United States.
Insurance. Each participant understands that it is their responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance on the Beach Music Cruise, if they so choose. NNA highly recommends travel insurance. You will receive an insurance quote emailed to you after booking is completed.
Fuel Supplement Charges. Purchaser agrees that the Cruise Line reserves the right to charge a fuel supplement of up to $10.00 per person per day, without prior notice, if the price of light sweet crude oil according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index) is greater than $70.00 per barrel of oil.
